Our Adult Day Programs offer adults with disabilities a goal-oriented program of developmental and therapeutic services to initiate, maintain, increase or maximize an individual's independent functioning.
The Center is open to ages 18 or older, from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, and in October 2011 we added the Vectren 2nd Shift Vocational program which is from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We also have occasional evening and weekend activities. Training includes activities of daily living, socialization, recreation and pre-vocational skills. Our "Lifeskills" classes promote independence, focusing on basic math, money management, health, safety, etc.
URS' Vocational Services program promotes independence, work skills and offers wages! Check out our current jobs, including our new secure shredding program.
Candy wreaths are now available for any special occasion!!CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION ON OUR NEW CANDY WREATHS! These delicious wreaths are specially made by our Adult Vocational Clients. Funds go to the clients who made and sold the candy wreaths and help our clients reach higher levels of independence.
