Candy Wreath Order Forms

Make your holidays a little bit sweeter with a handmade Candy Wreath from URS!

The cost of each wreath provides income for those who assemble the wreaths, as well as a commission to the individual from our program who sells the wreath.

Orders can be taken through December 24, 2011. Order Early! On rare occasions, our candy supplier may run out of certain types of candy. If we cannot process all or part of your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Each wreath contains approximately 200 pieces of candy and is about 12 inches in diameter and arrives with a red velvet bow.

Online Orders

To select the type of wreath you'd like to order, just click on the button and you will be taken to our shopping cart. Once there, you will be able to specifyquantity. If you'd like to order more than one type of wreath, just click your browser's "Back" button and you will return to this page where you can add another item to your cart.

Please indicate in the "Special Instructions about your Donation" category if a URS client influenced you or sold you your candy wreaths because a commission is paid to the seller of each wreath! THANK YOU!
