Administration:
Accounting Supervisor; Full Time
Duties: Assist in oversight of staff and operations of the Finance Department. Participate in preparation of the Agency annual budget and annual audit. Ensure departmental compliance with Agency practice, procedures and policies. Maintain an effective Accounts Payable system and perform other billing, accounting, and other administrative functions.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or a closely related field and 2-4 years experience required. Prior experience in Non-Profit accounting with supervisory/management experience are preferred. Outstanding oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills required.
Clinical Services Department:
Physical Therapist/PTA; Part Time/Full Time
Duties: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Provide intervention strategies to meet the needs of adult and pediatric clients. Establish measurable short and long-term goals and objectives. Provide direct and group therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications: Graduate of accredited PT curriculum and Ohio licensure required. Outstanding oral and written communication skills required. New Grads are encouraged to apply.
Clinical Office Support Specialist; Full Time
Duties: Answer telephone, greet visitors, and monitor access to designated entrances. Clinical/Business Typing/Data entry/Filing as assigned. Gather and record client data in computer as required. Create new charts, copy insurance cards, verify insurances, obtain prior authorizations, collect fees, and pull charts, sort super bills, and provide backup for other business positions as needed. Accurate spreadsheet development and maintenance for various Agency tracking systems. Other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred and other job related software packages (ReDoc/Sycle/Intergy). Data entry accuracy and skills required. Must have good oral, written, interpersonal and electronic communication and people skills.
Community Employment Department:
Job Coach; Part Time/Temporary/On-Call- Miami/Clark/Warren/Shelby
Duties: Provides both off/on-site support, coordination, and linkage to community resources for clients. Observes and evaluates client performance, behavior, social development, and physical health on/off-site. Assists in orienting the client at the work site and provides on-going monitoring for the client. Acts as a liaison between the client and advocates for the client as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record are required. Excellent communication; oral, written and electronic and organization skills required. CPR and First Aid training preferred.
Youth Services Department:
Lead Teacher - Head-Start/School Age; Full Time
Duties: Responsible for the planning and implementation of coordinated educational, physical, and social activities for the Head Start/School-age group of children. Provide personal care and assistance to children as needed (feeding, toileting, etc.). Complete required documentation in a timely manner as required to meet all necessary guidelines. Provide guidance and supervision to assigned Classroom staff.
Qualifications: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, facility based child care experience with children with disabilities or special needs and 2-4 years of supervisory/management experience is required. Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, perform home visits via reliable transportation, perform CORE document entry, collaborate with outside partners, be a team player and have good oral, written, interpersonal and electronic communication skills. Certification in CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Training, and Communicable Disease preferred. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
