URS Job Developers can help you to develop the skills you need to find and keep the job you want!

• Establish an employment goal to fit your individual needs
• Identify your interests, strengths and work skills
• Help you develop an effective Placement Plan to achieve your Employment Goal
• Assist you in creating a resume, improve interviewing skills, using the internet and completing job applications
• Work with you one-on-one and provide you with knowledge and resources to identify job opportunities
