Young's Ice Cream Charity Bike Tour

Over 200 cyclists of all levels will be joining us in the Young's Ice Cream Multiple Charity Bike Tour on July 26 and 27, 2008.  This bicycle event equally benefits United Rehabilitation Services, as well as three other local charities, while providing an exciting route through some of the most beautiful counties in Ohio.  Cyclists will enjoy an exciting new route this year to Ada, Ohio from Young's Jersey Dairy in Yellow Spring, Ohio.  Each registered rider received this year's exclusive tour T-shirt, continental breakfast, lunch, ice cream (of course), fantastic ride support and free admission on ride day to Young's miniature golf, driving range, batting cages and more!

18th Annual Fricker's Softball Tournament:

Sign up for the August 2 & 3 Fricker's Softball Tournament to benefit URS. Mens upper and lower ASA division teams can qualify for the championships! Call Taryn Ward at 937-233-1230 for more info or if special accomodations are needed.

52nd Annual Dinner:

Our Annual Dinner is scheduled for Tuesday, August 12th at the Sinclair Ponitz Center. Join us for refreshments and a fabulous dinner program. Our emcee will be Mr. Mark Allan from WDTN Channel 2 and our host will be Mr. Jim Bucher, also from WDTN Channel 2. We will be celebrating the past year with a fun and interactive reception. Don't miss the silent auction which kicks off the reception at 6pm. We will have fabulous items to bid on! To donate items for the auction or to get more information on the event call Taryn Ward at 937-233-1230. Call Taryn or Tim at 233-1230 if special accomodations are needed. Dress is business casual.

5th Annual Rubber Duck Regatta:

The URS Rubber Duck Regatta which took place on June 18th was a splashing success! Thanks to everyone who adopted ducks for the race and thanks to our fabulous sponsors!

Breakfast With Friends:

Join us every third Wednesday of the month for Breakfast with Friends (except June, November, & December). We offer breakfast and a brief tour of United Rehabilitation Services so you can see firsthand how your support is at work everyday to help persons with disabilities become more independent. There is no obligation. We ask only that you serve as an Information Ambassador if you find someone who needs our services. Seating is limited, so call the Development Office at 937-233-1230 today for your reservation.
